PRECONSTRUCTION
We review all architectural plans, and then submit estimates and schedules. We also alert clients to potential problems and advise how to minimize any inconvenience to individuals affected by the construction.
Our comprehensive evaluation includes:
- Report on site and existing conditions
- Value engineering review
- Pre-purchasing of long lead items
- Co-ordination of construction schedule with building services and personnel.
A detailed submittal log is prepared to track shop drawings, which are then reviewed for compliance with the contract documents prior to submission for approval. The completion date is then determined based on the construction schedule.
SITE ACCESS AND SECURITY PLAN
We work closely with building management to develop a logistical site plan and project schedule. This details the delivery of construction materials and access for construction personnel.
PROJECT STANDARDS
The highest standards of workmanship, work site safety, cleanliness and work progress are maintained throughout the entire construction process. Daily walk-throughs ensure compliance with Williams’ stringent quality standards.
TRACKING AND MONITORING
While bringing the project to completion we remain flexible to accommodate new developments. Our team continually reviews the project, with an eye for opportunities to facilitate expeditious completion. Throughout the process, our Project Managers remain directly involved, ensuring prompt daily response to your requirements while keeping you informed of job progress – and any changes that may develop.
