PRECONSTRUCTION

Theodore Williams Construction Company, LLC will meet and review all architectural plans and submit estimates and schedules, with special attention to all potential problems and any possible inconvenience to individuals who are going to be affected by the construction.

Our comprehensive evaluation includes the site and existing conditions; a value engineering review; prepurchasing of long lead items; coordination of the construction schedule with building services and personnel.  A detailed submittal log is prepared to track shop drawings which are reviewed for compliance with the contract documents prior to submission for approval.  The completion date is then determined based on the construction schedule.

SITE ACCESS AND SECURITY PLAN

Working with building management we develop a logistical site plan and project schedule detailing the delivery of construction materials and access for construction personnel.

PROJECT STANDARDS

The highest standards of workmanship, work site safety, cleanliness and work progress are maintained through out the entire construction process.  Daily walkthroughs ensure compliance with Williams' quality standards.

TRACKING AND MONITORING

Projects are brought to completion while we remain flexible to accommodate new developments.  Our project team continually reviews the project, taking advantage of any opportunities to facilitate an expeditious completion.  In the process, our Project Managers remain directly involved with your project, ensuring prompt day to day responsiveness to your needs and keeping you abreast of job progress and any changes that may develop.
